The "Get you round" plan is at it says and will help beginners to get round on the day as comfortably as possible. The next level is aimed at runners who would like to achieve a time of under the hour and finally the final plan is aimed for those looking to break 45mins. Please choose the plan most suited to your current running ability.
I have been running for over 25 years and am a UK Athletics registered coach. This year I qualified to represent England at the marathon in the veteran 50 category. I have experience of helping runners of all abilities reach their goals, and to run their PBs. Best of luck on Sun 5th February.
