"I approached Rob in August 2017 as I had just done the Paris marathon in 5:01. Knew I could do much better. Rob put together a running plan for me and I also started a weekly personal training session with him. In November I ran the New York marathon in a much better time of 4:26. Still training with Rob once per week I entered the Amsterdam marathon and came home with a 3:54, really chuffed with that. Can highly recommend Rob's services, either personal training or an individual running plan, or in my case, both."
