I highly recommend Rob. He has coached me to achieve PBs in 10k and half marathon distance. I asked for his help as my running was fairly consistent but I felt I could do more. The best thing about his approach is not just achieving Pbs but also showing me the importance of rest and recovery. He is also realistic about other commitments. I like being able to contact him and know that his advice is from years of experience. What can I say? I am now running better than ever thanks to Rob!
