I met Rob 6 months ago to ask his advice about returning to running following a 9 month break due to illness. Rob was very keen to help me and gave me great advice on a slow build up before we started on the training plan.
The training plan he set for me was challenging but steady. With his help and encouragement he has got me even better than I was 12 months ago. He has helped me achieve a personal best at the Manchester half (1:43) which I didn’t think possible. I`ve now signed up with Rob for the Manchester Marathon April 2020.
If anyone is looking for a training plan I couldn’t recommend him more highly.
