Yesterday I completed the RnR Liverpool marathon, the last race of a 5 month training plan. And for someone who doesn't follow plans, this was an achievement in itself! I want to say a massive thank you to Robert at runyourpb.com who not only got me running at 6am, but helped me smash all my PB's!
Spring 10k - 3 mins off 46:25 to 43:28
Chester Half - 4 mins off 1:42:23 to 1:38:34
Manchester Marathon - 5 mins off 3:43:35 to 3:38:53
Liverpool RnR marathon - further 4 mins off to 3:34:47
If you're looking to improve any distance, I highly recommend Rob, he has helped my achieve what I thought impossible!
